Resilience & Mindset

I grew up stuttering. I was bullied. I was told, not always in words, that people like me don't end up in rooms like this. I'm in the room anyway.

This section is for everyone who's been underestimated. Who's been written off? Who's fighting something invisible that nobody else can see? The stutter. The accent. The anxiety. The background. Whatever it is that makes you feel like you're running the race with extra weight on your back.

I'm not a motivational speaker. I'm just someone who refused to stop. I run marathons. I learn from my dog. I build things at midnight when the rest of the world is asleep.

Life is not a fairytale, and it never will be. You need a bit of luck, but your mindset is the only thing that can open the door for luck to walk through.

When things get hard, and they will, don't give up. Change your strategy. Reflect. Adapt. Things can be better if you want to make them better.

The Beiz Way isn't about being the loudest in the room.
It's about still being in the room when everyone else has left.
